Kayaking 30:00 [3]
Wanted to start cranking out some longer kayaks now I thought my arms were getting used to it. but arms still buggered from yesterday. Will need to keep chipping away at it consistently a bit longer. i don't want to paddle "jog" with crap technique just to get some time in. Would prefer to paddle "run" properly as long or as short as I can and just build on that. Also I'm due for some kayak racing. Wednesday nights perhaps?

Kayaking 50:00 [3]
Went hard from Panmure basin upstream. Good session. I think this kayaking is real good for bodies failings. The short hammies and sciatic nerve (which is probably contributing to torn calf and chronic archilles problem) is getting a good stretch, the hips are pushed and uncomfortable but that just helps them maintain the range of motion, and the stabilising muscles etc for the dodgy hips are getting a bit of a working over too.

Kayaking 1:00:00 [1]
Took some foreigners out paddling. Slowest paddle ever known to man.

Wednesday Sep 24

Kayaking 1:05:00 [2]
In town beside Karyn and Dr Dave in the double. Was pretty slow so easy to do the distance but did a few sprints at the end so still a good work out.

Kayaking 30:00 [3]
First time in single for a while, was obviously not used to it, had to work real hard to stay steady and keep paddling. Felt like I was going real hard and good, but time was going so slow was amazed only half hour cos it felt like 90!. was stuffed but the end. Just went from Shelly beach around the island.
