Running - Off road 25:00 [2]
Bit stiff. Calf is not really sore at point of pull, but sore and swollen at Achilles insertion. Probably the sort of thing I've been ignoring for ages but now I know it ain't good and won't go away without a bit of calf raising discipline. Hips are good. Felt them at one point during the race yesterday (first time its been a concern during a race) seems to have done them good although the support muscles are tight and sore especially left groin.
Kayaking 45:00 [3]
good solid kayak, around the loop. Got broken up with a twenty minute of kayaking and carrying through the mangrove channel we cut because it was far from high tide.

Kayaking 20:00 [2]
Shoulders where stuffed. Especially left one, still isn't strong from that crash about a year ago. So had to call the session short as the technique was crap. Still good to be back in the boat again. Enjoyed it.

Ride -Road 5:00:00 [3]
The Grave yard shift. 7pm to 6am, Adventure race with Rob G, Darren Gosse, and Anne Mortimor. Was a cruisy ride broken up with pleasent stolls with and without the bike and stops to look for grave stones. haven't done a lot of riding so was a little tired but ok by the end. A bit of fun. We won by handicap and perhaps could have won overall if we didn't skip some checkpoints out earlier than run out of checkpoints later so finished an hour early.

Ride -Road 25:00 [2]
tested the calf muscle on the bike. Need to replace the cleat and maybe peddles. Its all loose because of a missing bolt. Could be a major factor in my pulled calf.

Running - Off road 30:00 [3]
Did a thistle chipping/running session at tupare. Good all body work out that moves focus from arms/back (swinging grubber), to running as the paddock runs out of thistles and more searching is required. did this session at dusk so there was more running/searching required.
