Mountain Biking 2:05:00 [3]

All three puss buckets pussed out on me. Then I went tired and uninspired into the boring and muddy trails at Archellegan Plantation.

Inline blading 36:05 [3]

New World Record!!!

16.09 Down, First fall on the concrete.
18.57 Back Into the wind. Man it's a killer.

Skates are crap. Theyre pretty much dead now. Front of "blades" are bent and getting worse. And they don't free wheel very freely. They haven't even lived up to the label on the box. "No Fear" and "50% off"

See if I can get some more in Bristol this weekend.

I'm currently being considered for the roller blading hall of fame.

Treking 1:30:00 [4]

Ride -Road 1:10:00 [4]

To Rhamsey racing the train. 1-0 legs.

Mountain Biking 2:30:00 [3]

Back over the hill/Melenuim way with Karyn. feeling very very broken up the last bit of the hill (75min off up). Heavy pack and sore arse. I'm Amazed and humbled by Fi's 19 hour effort when I'm broken after 3.

Inline blading 1:00:00 [2]

Quarter bridge to Hospital and back.

Ride -Road 1:05:00 [4]

Was late to meet Karyn for a run in St Mary, so went hard, feeling good.
The planned long way home got abandoned when I ripped my pants at the start of the run and exposed my whole left side to the environment. I was able to run the relitively diserted trails ok but riding home would have led to a criminal charge.

Running - Off road 1:00:00 [2]

With Karyn and a light pack. from St Mary to "The Chasms", Cregnesh and back.

Ride -Road 1:05:00 [3]

Made the pack as heavy as I could (three drink bottles, two pairs shoes, a big rock used for a door stop, and a 5kg wieght from the gym, plus some compulsory clothing). Was a wild stormy day and I nearly crashed with the wind and wieght often. A bit like riding drunk.

Carrying the wieght was an effective means of simulating 6+ hours on bike seat in just 5 min.

Running - Road 1:00:00 [4]

good and hard.

Too wet to roller blade. I'll slip and fall over and I don't want to ruin any tight fitting lycra.
