9:19 AM. Running:Endurance:Progressive.

Fun run in the rain. Had my doubts going in, but once I started running it seemed to go fine. Decided to run out to the main road crossing and back- which added 5 minutes or so to the run. Meant I'd finish earlier than planned. The 20' z4 part of the run was easier than I'd anticipated it'd feel like. I was always surprised when I'd look at my watch and see less time left than I'd thought. I was usually a good 1-2 minutes off. Time really does fly when you're having fun.
