4:34 PM. Run.

Ran in shoes for the first time in...since I got injured. Felt really weird and my cadence is much slower. HR was closer to what I consider normal for the pace and my current fitness.

Test run for @Jean-Loup WAHLBRINK, went out at a super easy talking pace. We made it about 3km when his hip started hurting as we started climbing the hill back home. He walked the rest of the way in. Curious what is going on with his hip.

After running shod, I felt like running free, so headed out after picking up my daughter at school. Did the same route as I did with Jean-Loup earlier, but cut it a little short-yet GPS says it was 100m longer!? Had a little problem with my gut during the run, which caused the walk home for the last 200m or so.
