rhr:54 slept:5.5 weight:78kg (injured) (sick)
Achilles is tight in the AM, it loosens up during the day-the knot in my calf is there, but only painful during massage. Sore throat and headache still persistant. Just an brisk but easy walk to the pharmacy and back.

Monday Mar 19

Note
rhr:54 slept:6.0 weight:78kg (injured) (sick) (rest day)
Achilles still tight. Bad headache and a sore throat today. Sounds like the cold is starting to hit home. My Achilles seems related to a tight knot in my calf. I'm trying deep (painful) massage, and symptoms seem to be improving. Touch of gout too...man when it rains it pours.
I probably should have warmed up prior to the rough terrain orienteering.

Sunday Mar 18

Running (Recovery) 32:03 [3] 6.4 km (5:00 / km)
ahr:136 max:151 rhr:56 slept:8.0 weight:78kg (injured) (sick) shoes: New Balance 872 Trail
Easy recovery with a few big hills.
