Saturday May 26

Trail Run (Easy) 31:47 [1] 5.7 km (5:35 / km) +48m 5:21 / km
rhr:54 slept:6.0 weight:76kg (sick) shoes: Adidas Trail Response
Still have a cold, nice easy run out and back...the brambles are starting to overgrow the trail in a few areas...

Friday May 25

Running (Recovery) 29:00 [1] 4.8 km (6:02 / km) +31m 5:51 / km
rhr:54 slept:7.0 weight:76kg (sick) shoes: New Balance 872 Trail

Thursday May 24

Trail Run (Comfortably fast pace) 1:00:00 [2] 10.93 km (5:29 / km) +129m 5:11 / km
rhr:54 slept:7.5 weight:76kg (sick) shoes: Adidas Trail Response
Nice comfortably fast run on the trails north of town. Running just on percieved effort, on the flats and downhill quite comfortable, hills upped the effort but not to the point of needing to slow down...fun run...sans HRM

Wednesday May 23

Trail Run (Easy run) 30:02 [1] 5.28 km (5:41 / km) +48m 5:26 / km
rhr:54 slept:6.0 weight:76kg shoes: New Balance 872 Trail
I'm starting to like not using a HR monitor and using perceived exertion to gauge my effort. It's kind of liberating in a way...

Tuesday May 22

Running (Easy) 35:18 [1] 5.7 km (6:12 / km) +47m 5:57 / km
rhr:54 slept:7.0 weight:76kg shoes: New Balance 872 Trail
Either my HR monitor transmitter battery is dead or I am. Since I'm feeling OK, I guess it's the battery.

Sunday May 20

Trail Run long 1:08:18 [2] 11.27 km (6:04 / km) +130m 5:44 / km
ahr:140 max:161 rhr:54 slept:8.0 weight:75.5kg shoes: Adidas Trail Response
Nice trail run in the rain. Slow, and comfortable pace, gradually increasing pace to my "normal easy/long" pace. Negative splits despite the uphill return trip.
