Saturday Jul 12

Mixed trail-road (jogging w/ Jean-Loup) 1:22:55 [1] 6.8 km (12:12 / km) +50m 11:46 / km
ahr:86 max:123 rhr:52 slept:7.5 weight:76.2kg (injured) shoes: Kalenji Kaptera XT
Ran? with Jean-Loup on his bike. He still hasn't figured out how to use his handbrakes to go downhill, and doesn't have the force in his legs to go up...so this was more of a walk with a few short strides. Total distance acutally ran was 1km the rest at walking pace according to the FR...so in other words there is only 1km of flat running on this loop...

Friday Jul 11

Mountain Biking (easy ride) 53:12 [1] 12.8 km (4:09 / km) +34m 4:06 / km
ahr:119 max:145 rhr:52 slept:8.0 weight:75.8kg (injured) shoes: MT31 Shimano
Quick ride again. Fun, felt like I was moving pretty well with little effort. Some handling problems on the ST, but otherwise good.

Wednesday Jul 9

Mountain Biking (Easy Aerobic) 47:43 [3] 13.3 km (3:35 / km) +84m 3:29 / km
ahr:124 max:156 rhr:52 slept:7.5 weight:76.1kg (injured) shoes: MT31 Shimano
Had a flat, so couldn't get in the 1.5h ride I wanted to, so I tried riding harder than usual, keeping my HR up beyond comfy.

Tuesday Jul 8

Mountain Biking (Easy/recovery) 57:53 [1] 14 km (4:08 / km) +78m 4:01 / km
ahr:119 max:148 rhr:52 slept:7.5 weight:76.1kg (injured)
Under the gun to get home, so had to cut the ride short, Felt more confident with the ST areas.

Sunday Jul 6

Biking (Family Ride w Jean-Loup) 1:29:28 [0] 8.4 km (10:39 / km) +72m 10:13 / km
ahr:84 max:114 rhr:52 slept:8.5 weight:76.4kg (injured)
Lots of stop and go, but better than yesterday. He insists though on only using the front brake...which will come back to haunt him, but for now we still walk the hills both up and down.
