Easy run-but got stung by a bee or something on my left arm...Ouch that hurt. A little worried about how I was going to react to it, so far so good, but it is really sore still and a little swollen. Iced it.

Comfortable run around the lake. Hoped it had been a little warmer to acclimate a bit to the heat.

Nice run on a foggy fall morning. Knee didn't really make any complaints...maybe a few whimpers though. Felt good.

Knee a bit tender, so opted for a bike ride instead of a run. Not 100% sure it isn't the bike causing the pain though now. Pain is tolerable, but annoying.
