8:59 AM. Running Hills 3x6'x2'i.
Good run, but still the same problem with these long hill intervals- finding a hill long enough to go up 6' down 2 and then up 6' more. Ended up doing the same thing as last week. Running fast downhill for 3' then turning around and starting back up- even that didn't cover the last 6'.
Raining and feeling pretty good. Back is a little tight from yesterday.

Really needed to blow off some steam today.
4x5'z4x1.5'i. Still trying to get use to HR training. The first one I go out too fast- working hard to get my HR into the zone. Second still takes about 1.5'. By the third one I get there pretty quickly, but because I'd gone out so hard on the first 2 it is much slower, but the HR is there. 4th one is considerably slower. But still in the zone. So if I just look at the zone info- I was there for 14:48 of 20' hard running. Which given the lag time isn't too bad. Speed wise I have a lot of work to do...but I may be being unrealistic.
