Fun Fartlek run. Always a favourite. Though not always, usually pushed the hills. One short speedbout was at nearly top speed- which used to be my 5k pace...oh well. Such is getting older.

Short little run at an easy pace. Legs feel a bit sluggish today. Tired from intervals on Wednesday-and an easy run yesterday? Still nice to get out on a beautiful fall day.

HR training is hard to keep pace constant. First two were fine pace-wise, but were slower on the last 2 since I had to slow down to keep myself in Z3- not that I wasn't grateful to slow down a bit, but I could have pushed it and kept the pace about the same, but would have probably went into z5. Fun run anyway. Lots of construction on the route, which caused a few deviations from my normal route.
