I really wonder when my ankle is going to stop feeling tight and sore.
Run felt good and pace is getting better. HR is still elevated, but this course does have a fair bit of climb.
Right sole of my foot is more tender than the injured left... overcompensating?

Random varied intensity again. Only went for an hour this time, with a higher cadence of 82. A little lost since I finished the season for Blackstone. Got to find another series to watch if I'm going to continue these indoor sessions...which I'd rather not do.

Getting there. Slowly but surely I'm getting there.
Heel felt surprisingly good for a change. Some pain during my walking cooldown in the grass when my ankle was on a lateral incline. My soles are adapting to running on asphalt, and the occasional gravel patches don't seem to bother me as much, although I am avoiding the longer stretches of gravel. It's usually only a step or two.
HR seems high for the effort.

Felt pretty good. Slow pace, but I'm still feeling tight in my inner heel. Not really running long enough to get out of warm-up pace. Looser towards the end. Lots of gravel to contend with thanks to the road construction.
