Tried a different route today. Felt pretty good. My HR seems higher than it should be for the effort, but that seems to have been true of most of my barefoot runs.
Ran on some different surfaces, and varied the speed some. Still tight in the left heel.

Easy run. Testing out my fitness and injuries.
Left Medial heel is still a bit tight.
Right calf is good, though I did feel some tightness.
Felt good to be out on the roads again.

Never finished a lap on an odd number, so certain it's not 225, but 250 is too fast of an average.

Combination of swims- didn't realize it was accumulating the different-all crawl except for a 100m breast. Pretty sure in missed about 100m or so of laps. Edited distance to reflect missed laps.
