A bit tight in my left achilles and calf. Probably from the tighness in my heel.

Nice run- left calf and achilles/heel felt tight for the entire run. Ran slow intentionally. Good route, for running barefoot.

Didn't finish the plan- should have had 6x 100m medleys.
Felt nauseous after the backstroke- long break to have it pass. Don't know why really. Got water up my nose a few times perhaps, or simply gas.
* Should have been butterfly, reluctant to try after having shoulder problems the last time I tried.

Not the best route choice. Lots of gravel on the country roads. Reduced me to walking at one point. The hill at Coudray also hurt running down. Ouchy.

Slowly but surely, I'm getting there. Need to start spreading out a bit more route-wise. The road surfaces are the biggest drawback so far...that and the meager distances I'm running right now.

Running after the rain barefoot was a new and fun experience. There was even some of the hail left over from yesterday's thunderstorm on the side of the road.
