Bike Trainer 1:10:03 [3] 22.85 mi (3:03 / mi)
ahr:146 max:176 slept:7.5 (sick)
Feeling much better this morning, but lacking a bit of HP. Computrainer workout went well.

6x:90 at 100% LT
2:00 spin in between
4x4:00 build from 100-115% LT
10:00 cool down with 2x2:00 high rpm spin.

Thursday Feb 7

Yoga 1:30:00 [2]
(sick)
Bikram yoga. Still feeling ill and trying to sweat out the bad toxins. Didn't work...felt like pooh. Nothing better than feeling ill and stuck in a 100 degree box with 20 other stinky folks doing yoga.

Wednesday Feb 6

Bike Trainer 1:48:22 [3] 29.47 mi (3:40 / mi)
slept:5.0 (sick)
Stayed home from work today with a bit of a stomach virus. Couldn't keep much in me, but decided to do a trainer workout regardless.

First 60 minutes was easy/mod spin.

Then did
5x30 big/15 100% 1:00 spin
3x2:00 big/12 90% at 70rpm 2:00 spin
5x1:00 big/15, 13, 12, 15, 13 at 100% with 1:00 rest between sets.
1x5:00 tempo 85%. Big/15
cool down.

Tuesday Feb 5

Swimming 1:05:00 [3] 1.65 mi (39:24 / mi)
slept:8.0
600 warm up (100 free, 100 catch up, 100 side drill)
6x50 easy/hard
6x50 drills
100 easy
10x100 on the 1:50 (1:22-1:31 range in my 100's)
4x50 fins
200 easy

I should note that I felt great during today's swim. I've been a bit mentally fatigued lately, but this was an awesome swim. Now, if I could only can this feeling/ability and use it for every swim.

Sunday Feb 3

Biking 3:15:02 [3] 51.13 mi (3:48 / mi) +900m 2:15 / km
slept:8.0
Great ride with Andy to Woodinville, Issaquah, MI and back to N Seattle. Decided not to wear a HR monitor as I have been stressing about my high HR. Felt great during the entire ride.

4 x3-5:00 low cadence, high watt pulls (300-450)
