Road ride with SVTT triathlon team. Redmond, Ames Lake Rd, Snoq. Valley Road, Broadway back to Redmond.

Legs are starting to feel better. First hour was a bit of a struggle, but the second 1.5 hours felt good.

My right knee is really inflamed. Haven't decided if I am riding tomorrow or resting the knee.

Commute into work. This was painful and slow. Legs are still fried from 24 HOP. Anyone have any tips for regaining some "umph" in the pistons after a hard race.
