Mountain Biking 2:23:14 [2] 18.23 mi (7:51 / mi) +1225m 4:02 / km
ahr:134 max:187
Mountain bike ride in Tahoe. Donner Lake pass to Castle Peak. Rented a 5 and 5 Kona bike. It actually climbed pretty well and the rocky descents were sweet with some suspension.

Thursday Sep 25

Trail Running 53:02 [3] 4.97 mi (10:40 / mi)
ahr:145
Cougar mtn trail run.

Wednesday Sep 24

Runnin 40:11 [3] 4.01 mi (10:01 / mi)
20:00 warm up
5x:60 hill repeats

My tailbone is extremely sore from a wreck two weekends ago on my mountain bike. Hurt to sprint.

Tuesday Sep 23

Cyclocross 44:32 [3] 8.0 mi (5:34 / mi)
25 minute technical skills at St. Eds, followed by 4x2:00 hill repeats. Ouch my power is gone.

Monday Sep 22

Runnin 34:17 [3] 4.0 mi (8:34 / mi)
ahr:154
Light run after work.

Sunday Sep 21

Cyclocross 35:00 [2]
Spin on the trainer before my first cross race in three years.
Cyclocross race 31:45 [5] 7.94 mi (3:59 / mi)
Rad Racing Cross race in Steilacoom. Race went well, but I have lots of work to do with my power. I was steady eddy throughout the race...constant 3rd gear, but no 4th or 5th. Technical skills were very good, but would get dusted in any power sections. 240' run up was brutal on laps 3 and 4.
Cyclocross 21:00 [1]
Cool down.
