| 3/4 mile warmup, then 2x 500 (1:44 and 1:41). 3x 300 (around :58), 5x 200 (:36, :35, :37, :38, :38), then 8 sets of stairs. Finished w/ stretching, planks, and ice. |

| 3/4 mile warmup, then a run to the park (not sure how far away it is, probably about .5-.75 miles) where we ran six sets of hills. The hill is pretty gradual and small, so it wasn't bad. Then we ran back to school and ran a 300 (:60), a 400 (1:19) and 2x 200 (:38 and :37). |

| 3/4 mile warmup. Then 1 lap run with 3 faster 100-meter sections. Then 4x 1200 (4:50, 4:52, 4:50, and I can't remember the last one). Then 8 sets of stairs, 1x broken 400, 1x 500, and 1x 200. One lap cooldown. |
