| It's the last day of school before spring break, so we had an easy track practice! It was really fun, and the weather was beautiful today--probably about 75-80 degrees. We ran (really slowly :-)) to Haller Lake and went swimming. The water was freezing, but it made the run back a lot easier since it made shin splints less noticeable. Great practice. |

| 10 minutes' slow running, then stretching, then 10 more minutes' slow running. Then we ran to the park (closeby, maybe 1/2-3/4 mile), where we ran three hills and then ran back. We finished with a 500 (1:45), and a 200 (:35). Then ice for the shin splints. |

| We ran to the park today and ran 8 hills there. The hills are pretty long and gradual, so it wasn't bad. Then we came back and ran 1x 500 (1:40), 1x300 (I forget the time, probably around :58), and 4x 200 (:36, :36, :36, & :37). abs and ice |
