| Today was the first soccer game of the season. We didn't have many subs, so it was a really good workout...it was also really hot out, so I was pretty exhausted :-). We tied 1-1. |

| We ran tons and tons of hills....first 5 long & steep hills behind the school, then we ran to Northacres and ran 5 shorter and more gradual hills, ran a loop through the park, ran 5 more hills, ran another loop through the park, and then 5 hills again. After the last set of hills we ran past Haller Lake and then back to school. |

| We ran to Shoreline Community College and back. It was fun because we hardly ever do that run. There's a massive hill, though, that we had to run down on the way there and up on the way back. |

| Today was the Barebones relay. Everyone ran two legs, so this is my approximate combined time for both legs (I'm not really sure what my exact time was). The first leg (1.4 km) was good, but I had a difficult control on the second leg that I lost some time on...it was in a relatively flat green/white forest area. |
