Sprint training at Columbia Park in North Portland with the club. Lot of butterfly loops. A fun course with lots of close controls, and a sunny morning!

Went for a run to Mt Tabor and along the lower part of the park. I had early calls this morning, so I finished early and got to run when it was still a bit light out!

Walked part of the way to my Start Your Own Business class. I've been enjoying side projects like the AirBnB and Zazzle and decided I should learn more :-).

Went for a run in the evening. I was fairly unenthusiastic at first, but it was actually much warmer than it's been and ended up being very nice :-).

We got a ping-pong table on Craigslist! This is hauling it into the basement, which I found extremely challenging. Ping-pong trainings to come once we've got a net!

Virtual strength training with Tori, Carlo, and Bryan! Planks, weights, and push-ups (I did baby push-ups).

Then I did crunches on the exercise ball afterward.

Mount Tabor with Bryan. It was a sunny day, so we saw Mount Hood and Mount St Helens from the top! They were both very snowy.
