Running (Trail) 35:30 [3] 3.0 mi (11:50 / mi)

Started at Pennyfield Lock and ran a lollipop loop through Blockhouse point. Kind of sluggish, especially at the beginning. Hate starting a run with an uphill climb but what can you do. Nice day to be out and plenty of people around the canal but only a few on the trails.
