Straight forward orienteering, and although it was very open, it was quite heavy underfoot. Also felt stiff from the previous day's run. So I concentrated on steady running and did not worry about my time. Made a small mistake going to 5 as I was still looking at the 3-4 leg. Also did not check what feature 12 was on so took a little time to work it out.
