Orienteering race 1:50:49 [3] *** 10.8 km (10:16 / km) +140m 9:38 / km
shoes: New Balance All Terrain

Long-O at Mohales Gate. Highlight was racing an ostrich - the ostrich won by a neck! Also a large herd of blesbok and gemsbok.

Decent run, just a bit long and slow.

Saw a springbok with strange colouring on the road driving out. It seemed to be the opposite of albinism possibly hyperpigmentation. Had black and different shades of gray instead of light brown and white.

Back down to the car parked at the bottom of the hill. Total time travelling to and from the soccer match was 5h15 and time at the match 2h30!

My knee is quite sore now and a bit swollen.
