Used the race feature on the TomTom. I raced the 5k in 26min built in race. Managed to keep the the pace until the little uphill. Then I took it easy coming back. But now I can race the race I just ran!.

Great event at Jackal Creek. Felt like Catching Features with rolling hills and boulders scattered. Also drops to control on the edges of dams.

Very good run although struggled to read detail on the map. Lack of light from the headlamp and a bit of glare from the paper. Had a bit of a ding dong race with Evan for the first 8 controls, then lost him. Caught Keagan at 15m and raced him to the finish.

Beat Brian for second event in a row and beat everyone I expected to.
