ParkRun race (Albert's Farm) 30:15 [4] 5.0 km (6:03 / km) +100m 5:30 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talons 220

Went out at a decent pace, but blew up along the flat bit over the river. Walked most of the hill as I did not want to feel sick. Feeling OK at end but just tired.

Plenty of mud, but I made all the right choices as to which side of a marshy area to run.

Easy jog past park down to river near Bryanston parkrun. Thought about going up to Riverside Shopping centre. But felt bleeaah so walked home. See other post.

Felt a bit nauseous/faint so walked home. Drank some water from a sprinkler outside someone's house, then hoped it wasn't grey water.

Felt a lot better in Paulshof and managed a jog down the hill.
