Track session at the Poole Athletics Club.

On a tartan track. Felt like being back at high school athletics.

Was fun. Keen to go to these more often for sure.

In lanes 3/4 for the session

4 * 800 with about 100 seconds rest
4 * 400
1 * 800
2 * 400

Good fun and a good group for where I'm at physically.

Probably over did it on the last couple reps. I was too competitive. Calves feeling tight now. But really enjoyed it anyway.
