Not so great, but still probably the best run I have had at the wilds, hard to read the map on those roads,

Some heavy climb on that route, took me like half an hour to get up from when my alarm went off first.. at least i got. Dont really like running in the morning tho.

Epic Intervals around zoo lake. pretty quick training, after the first interval legs were feeling it, defo's need to warm up next time.

had lots of rest between the intervals. pretty happy with the pace, still lots to improve on tho.
