O race at Pelindaba.

calf a bit sore still :/

good to 1, then stuffed up 2. couldn't read the contours well, so ran straight past it into the next patch of green. thought i was gonna do my standard return from overseas and have a shocker in SA terrain. stayed calm enough, still lost 1:20. Pretty solid for the rest of it. a bit shaky on 18, and 22 and slow up the hill to 14. Luckily had mike to push me up the hill. kinda took the last few and the run in chilled, didn't want to sprint much due to calf. So lost the finish split :'|

Really enjoyed the terrain and the map.

Was planning on doing a 14 minute race type thing. But was dying 4 minutes in, so changed it up.

All with like 3-4 minutes of rest, so loads.

Was feeling stronger towards the end, last one was pretty much downhill.
