Wasn't really sure what to go for.

So decided to just go for 10:30 and try pick up the pace if I could.

Alright time. At least I'm still getting faster and training hasn't been great at all.

Need to get back on the x trainer some more and have a weekly interval session.

First interval session in aggeesss did it on a 1km patch of road, one slightly down, one slightly up.

Have done this session before ages ago so will have a look and compare. Also going to do a 3km TT again some time this week, so hopefully this will give the legs some speed.
