Solid one. Didn't know what pace to go for. Thought I'd sit in with the 21 minute pacer and see how that went. The Pacers weren't there today so was on my own. Started solidly to get some room. And then kept it there. Thought I might have started too quick and would die at the end but was pleasantly surprised I could hold it.
