Decent run. Very clean and got most of the routes right up until 14-15. Where I decided on the shorter route but went through loads of stinging nettles. Didn't commit 100% which I should have done. But lost my head a little bit after that with a route choice mistake to 18 and then running down someone's driveway to the finish so maybe like 25 seconds of mistakes

Wanted to go all out for this as it was a shorter sprint, which I did. But there were four controls in a bit of woodland which threw me off a bit.

Nav was fine. Couple of second misses here and there. But nothing major. Lost a bit of time from mini kites being put behind light poles and running past them.

Lovely day weather wise. England is great when it's like this. Feels like a completely different country. Good to be back running again anyway.
