Fun sesh,

Took ages to get out the door. But glad I got it done. Achilles tendon update is that left one is sore but stable and right Achilles now worse than left. Pretty unfortunate but have come to terms with it and just focussing on getting the important sessions done and then replacing what I would have done as an easy run with stationary bike.
