Running (road) 44:00 [1]5 km (8:48 / km)
I did the Nordion 5km race with 3 students. None of them had run that far before so they were very happy with their accomplishment. I went a little overboard and dressed all in Sens gear.

Hockey 1:00:00 [4]
FINNNALLLY feel better. I had the mumps. Hopefully sleeping for two weeks is a good taper strategy for the 1/2 marathon on Sunday. I don't have a time goal so we'll just see how she goes...

Made a huge Fisher type hit in tonights hockey game. It was totally accidental but it was kinda fun to actually use all the equipment I lug around all game. Maybe I can sub in for Eves if he bangs his noggen again. Go Sens Go!

Running 40:00 [4]
First time the body has had to work in a week. Still sick but with fears of turning into a mush ball I went for a quick run up at La Femme's cottage.

Orienteering 3:00:00 [1]
After 4 days of sleeping, I managed to drag myself out of bed to go orienteering (only because I'd already paid for the meet). With sickness still kicking my ass I decided to walk the course. Man does it ever take a long time to get around when you're walking and your brain is in dumb-dumb mode. I only finished half the course in the allotted time... Awards were being given out when I finally got back. Maybe staying in bed would have been a better idea after all.
