Biking (mountain) 2:40:00 [3]
La Femme and I decided to give the fortune trails a go. Normally we end up on double black diamond trails that I don't feel comfortable walking down but we found ourselves a map so that we could do some challenging trails without imminent death around every corner. We had bucket loads of fun on the technical stuff!!! I even did a bunch of the scary narrow up and down trickster bridges that freak me out. Next time we are going to work on breathing while riding.

Biking (road) 20:00 [3]9.5 km (2:06 / km)
Had a meeting at the board office and the way my class schedule worked I ended up being able to bike. What a treat!!!
Biking (road) 51:00 [3]26 km (1:58 / km)

Biking (road) 58:00 [2]27.5 km (2:07 / km)
From school back home.

Running (trail) 1:30:00 [3]
Much harder run than I had planned. Got caught in bridge traffic up to the gats so I parked at the closest parking lot to hit the trails, which meant that I had to run up penguin. Then I got a little disoriented on the side trails... All good though, as I was having a great time and the legs felt amazingly good. I even had to wait for Skyler a couple times.

Hockey 1:00:00 [4]
Played defense for the first time in my hockey career. My heart rate was way higher than normal as I was extremely worried about screwing up. Luckily our opponents were not super strong so I didn't get pants. 3-0 win for the good guys.
