Brown leg at the Relay Champs. Had a good run. I pushed hard because Mary Jo Childs was right on my heels. She ended up making time on me and beating me through the chute.Very much a runners course or I would have beat her.

Went out to Vasquez Rocks to do some permit paperwork. Brought along an old Scout meet Yellow map and ran the course. It took me awhile to be sure I was at #5. Too many parallel features.

Red course at Topanga. Of course this being a SoCal Dolgin course, that's a misnomer. More like long yellow with a little Orange thrown in. And definitely too short to be called Red. But a good physical trail running work out.

9 holes with my brother Ross. Time highly approximate.Very leisurely, but considering how poor i am at this, I definitely worked my throwing arm.
