WDW Half-Marathon. Pace felt good but a little pushed. Did the 10/1 Run/Walk thing. My legs were pretty sore for a good part of the race (and for a number of days afterwards)

slightly less than 6-miler around the neighborhood. Ran after dark, so I stayed on the sidewalks where it's better lit. Felt pretty good.

7th annual 5-course, 99-hole disc golf deal! I'm not really sure how this counts as training, but I'm sore a day later. I counted the time as about 1/2 of the total time spent on the courses. There was some climb, but I'm not sure how much.
