While at Universal Studios today, I decided to run up the stairs from the lower park to upper park. Not a very long workout, but a tough one. I didn't really time it or measure it, so I don't really know how long it was - I would guess at least 300 steps, with a little break where I rested every 80 steps or so.

Jogging to and from Weight Class. Surprisingly, after a week of being extraordinarily lazy, I felt really good today. Despite it being a very hot morning, I jogged at a pretty reasonable pace and had a nice workout at the gym.

Red Day 2 at Georgia Navigator Cup. Today's course was a more proper length, but not as interesting technically. Lots of trail routes and not a lot of real alternative choices. After this week, I was just wiped out and couldn't really get myself moving. I pretty much walked the entire course.

Red Day 1 at Georgia Navigator Cup. This course was way too long. The winning time was Steve Gregg at 104 minutes. I was apparently one of the few people who never fell off the map.

The Bubbagoat - wet and wild woods. I started out hoping to do the entire thing, but after skipping two controls early on, it became apparent at number 10 that I wouldn't finish the entire course under the limit, so I changed to the short Bubbagoat and skipped a bunch more.This wasn't exactly the best short Bubbagoat strategy. Climb is measured along my route.
