| Advanced course at Cuyamaca. Long but lots of opportunities to run. I tried to stay off trails and practice running hard through terrain. Length of course made it difficult to keep up a fast pace, so I was a little slower than usual. One bad error (#7). One stupid brain fart (#14). Very hot day, especially out in the open. I was REALLY tired at the end of this run. |

| After Vlad's comments on the world cup, I just had to go do some track intervals. 2 minutes each, 6 repetitions, with 2 minute rest interval. Covered at least 1/4 mile on all but the last one. |
