One leftover loop of Day 1 pick-up. I didn't stick around for Day 2 pick-up since my Dad was celebrating his 75th Birthday. I'm not sure I had any energy left anyway!

Pre-Run of Brown course for Mt. Pinos. Slower than yesterday - my knee wasn't so happy.

Pre-Run of Brown course at Mt. Pinos. I had a little edge since I set the course. Very enjoyable run.

Hill workout, level 3. Was pretty sore today after the Pinos work yesterday. I really wanted to get in some lifestepping, but I didn't push it. Just sort of an easy level.
