| Red course at St. Louis meet Day 2. Definitely a cleaner run than yesterday, but so was everyone elses. Shelly Pennington made up the 6 min lead I had on her and then some. A great opening weekend for this year's season! |

| Red course at St. Louis meet. I was very happy with my performance on such a long course. My min/K time was great for something this long. My running training is finally paying off it seems. Two significant errors costing about 7 minutes total. |

| Jogged up to Oxnard/Coldwater and then down to Coach Sam's. Probably actually a little less than 4 miles. Felt good. Breaking in my new shoes. |
