Weight Class. Tough today. It was a new card and the coach really pushed my program. Especially on the bike.

While at Universal Studios today, I decided to run up the stairs from the lower park to upper park. Not a very long workout, but a tough one. I didn't really time it or measure it, so I don't really know how long it was - I would guess at least 300 steps, with a little break where I rested every 80 steps or so.
