Bodypump class. Took it very easy.
So late last year I started working on increasing my base, with the intent of being at 20 miles/week by this time. Then the flu got me. I basically haven't worked out in six weeks. Today I started up again with my usual Monday class at the gym. It's definitely gonna take some time to get back up to speed. For most of the past month I've just been exhausted. I guess the main goal is to be in top form for the NAOC in August.
