Easy hiking at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge with Ellen and Alec. I just estimated how long we were there. I didn't time it.

TempO Day. Made one mistake and came in third. Time was 241 seconds for seven stations + 30 second penalty = 271 total.

US PreO Champs. Short and relatively simple course. Unfortunately, I missed number one because I was overthinking. If it had been later in the course, I don't think I would have missed it. I did have the third fastest time on the timed controls. Overall came in 6th.

Today I sat down and created my training plans to prepare for the US Champs and NA Rogaine in Tahoe in August. First workout down! I've got to make sure I get my strength workouts in so that I don't end up with hip pain like I did this past winter.
