Easy long trail run. I was very happy with this today. I was a little faster than I thought I might be and had no trouble with maintaining a running gait for the full distance. It's been a while since I didn't walk at least part of something like this.

HDR workout at Pelona Vista. We ran the cross-country course as an interval workout. First - one mile of warm-up with a few dynamic stretching stops. Then reps of about 3min each with regrouping in between.
