Team Durand-Durand training hike up Mt. San Gorgonio from Southfork trail. My watch died before we finished so the track isn't complete, but it was a straight out-and-back.

Did a final test day to match for the relay. Since the relay will be low-key, non-championship, and flat I just went to Marie Kerr Park with Winkie and made up about a 3K course. It was a hot day, so we didn't go very fast. Winkie had to stop a few times. I think I forgot my watch. I don't seem to have a track.

Long Test Course at Joshua Ranch. I've been wanting to map this for a while, so excited to finally download some LiDAR and make a basemap to run on. It was very hot, but I made it through. One stupid route choice from 7 to 8 where I contoured instead of taking the trail along the ridge. It was good steep contouring practice, but definitely harder and slower.

This is a download from my Strava phone track because I missed part of the course on my watch. I stopped it instead of taking a split at number 2. Another good reason to be doing these test runs after so long without real orienteering. Have to remember where the split button is!
