Promo event at Celebre. Used as speed training. Felt like oing really scrappy at start in a pivoted loop, now know it was because the pivot control and 2 others where wrong. Was trying to push quite hard. Lost 30s on one control. Neil put 1 min on me on another dont really know how he must have been trying to show off to someone. Had a massive stack to finish, tripped on stump going downhill, and wrapped myself around another stump back first, hurt a bit

Sprinted off Sam from 2nd to last to Finish, then jog back.

Training on Weiti with big group. Run to start, first exercise, breaks between relay and run back. Felt ok.

Orienteering intervals (Star Relay) 12:00 [5] **** +75m

Star relay in middle of training, used an hard interval session. Breaks got a bit long tho. Felt good and was oing pretty well at top speed in really tricky area where I've come unstuck in races before. Pretty happy with body, speed and oing bit more confidence back after last weeks time trial efforts down south

Jog between lectures in the pouring rain. Testing legs, left quad really sore and tight, achilles not too bad while running, bit stiff in morning. Still be stuffed from weekend

Legs still sore, esp quads and achilles. Started easy and tried to push bit harder at end, what a bloody boring exercise.
