Orienteering race (Long) 1:24:25 [5] ** 10.19 km (8:17 / km) +610m 6:23 / km
ahr:180 max:205 spiked:29/29c (sick) shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 330

Nationals Classic. What a joke, fences on the map and basiclly a bloody yellow course. Plus I woke up with bad head cold, thinking about not running but got some limsip into me and was ok, first half felt ok but felt like shit for 2nd esp on the hills

Orienteering race (Middle) 37:25 [5] **** 5.64 km (6:38 / km) +115m 6:01 / km
ahr:186 max:197 spiked:18/21c shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 330

Nationals Middle. Again felt really sluggish at start, took a while to get going. Mistake on tight number 3 went past it twice, then Carsten caught me but I stayed in front of him through better flow until I mis-read a control number then he got away, then I was scrappy over last few controls.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]
ahr:141 max:177 shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 330

Orienteering race (Sprint) 16:20 [5] *** 3.1 km (5:16 / km) +50m 4:53 / km
ahr:195 max:203 spiked:14/16c shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 330

Nationals Sprint. Felt so sluggish and had no speed. 1 not best route choice and 1 mistake due to north lines being true north not magnetic!

Orienteering (fartlek) 30:00 [3] **** +50m
ahr:138 max:194 shoes: Asics Kayano XIII

Testing and final checking of sprint course for TAMOC, its going to be bloody good, I've even managed to fool myself on which route choices are best.
