Score event at Shanks Pony. Thought was well set until pointed out that it was only 1:7500, getting sick of blown up maps. Lost interest after about 30 mins when Phil discovered a rope bridge and flying fox, spent about 10 mins playing on that before going to a control that was in the wrong place (never found it) Was there for a bit telling some newbies that they were right and to just carry on.

Ride at Bike Park, tracks are magic at the moment. Pushed hard on all hills, almost blew a fufu value near end.

Squash with Andrew, after months of dead even contests today was the day the whip came out 5 games to 1. Feeling bloody awesome, apart from some aches in shin around the achilles/other thing join/lump, Been a bit sore since Sunday.

15 min swim then 15 min aqua jog. Legs pretty fatigued from weekend, cant really swim at the best of times yet alone when I'm stuffed.
