Orienteering race (OY-Long) 1:39:40 [5] **** 11.26 km (8:51 / km) +270m 7:54 / km

OY at Spaghetti Soup, mainly in the thinning part, was physically tough, wasn't orienteering very well, was trying to focus on map contact, almost did the opposite, massive mistake at 3 and couple more minutes on 21, how I didn't make more is an amazement as I had little contact, no plans, no attackpoints really wasn't good. Got really exhausted and finished with massive headache, might go and see doc as something isn't right. Surprised by the really shit times by everyone else, someone should have done sub 80.

Cruise at bike park after exam, (Sat exams suck, could be worse my flatmate had 2 today) cracker of a day but really chilly. Did a pretty standard loop, spag, log fume, conifer, python,back to cookie, exit. Tracks in awesome condition

Session with Claire, lots core stuff, 15 on bike to start to warm up for a good stretch. Shoulder feeling ok

Cruise along the creek, shit day all round really, exam, cold and not feeling to flash either, shoulder feeling alright tho

Short session at gym, bit of bike then mainly core. Something pinching in shoulder see how it feels at squash tomorrow.

Studying sucks, I'd rather just have all my exams in 1 go rather than all this mucking around, have all this time and dont actually do anything - except checking flights to Oz and getting talked into going over for JWOC/Oz Champs,
